Compensation and Benefits
- Base Compensation: $130,000
- Home-Based: Pilots can reside anywhere within a 2-hour radius of an airport in the lower 48 states.
- Schedule Options: 8/6 and 15/13 rotations, including travel days.
- Company Credit Cards and Per Diem: Company credit cards provided for expenses (hotels, rental cars); per diem of $65 domestic and $95 international for meal expenses.

Candidate Profile
Ventura Air Services is searching for pilots with a proven record of safety, stability, and experience in both domestic and international operations. Ideal candidates are career-driven, dependable, possess superior customer service skills, and exhibit excellent communication abilities. A strong employment history and work ethic are essential. Preference may be given to candidates with experience flying other Citation variants and a strong Part 135 background. The company seeks long-term pilots dedicated to professional growth and advancement.
Minimum Requirements
- ATP Certificate
- 1st Class Medical Certificate
- CE-560XL Type Rating
- 3,000 hours total flight time
- 1,500 hours Pilot-In-Command (PIC)
- 250 hours in type
- Ability to travel internationally without restriction
- Legal authorization to work in the United States without company sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Initial/recurrent in type within the previous 36 months
- 500 hours in type
- International experience
