Position Summary
Jet Aviation seeks an experienced and highly professional Cabin Attendant to serve a long-established, discerning private account utilizing the state-of-the-art Global 7500 aircraft. The Cabin Attendant is primarily responsible for ensuring the supreme comfort, convenience, and safety of passengers during flight operations. This pivotal role requires an individual who possesses exceptional service skills, maintains the utmost confidentiality, and is proficient in bespoke catering management and contemporary cabin technology. When not flying, the employee manages comprehensive administrative and training functions essential to maintaining operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities and Operational Duties
The Cabin Attendant operates under the guidance of the Pilot in Command (PIC) and is responsible for the overall impeccable presentation and functionality of the cabin environment.
Service Excellence and Catering Management
- Plan, source, order, prepare, and expertly serve all bespoke meals and beverages, including the creation and printing of custom menus and weather cards.
- Develop and maintain standard stock inventories, sourcing vendors for all aircraft cabin, lavatory, and galley supplies.
- Operate and assist passengers with complex cabin management systems, including high-speed data connectivity, entertainment, and phone capabilities.
- Maintain complete working knowledge of all service equipment and procedures specific to the assigned Global 7500 aircraft.
- Coordinate and shop for interior items and amenities based on the Owner's specific requests, ensuring the aircraft is prepared precisely to specification prior to each flight.
Safety, Compliance, and Inflight Operations (Part 91)
- Brief passengers on the safety features of the aircraft prior to departure.
- Assist and command the cabin environment in the event of an aircraft emergency, medical emergency, or required evacuation.
- Operate all emergency equipment, including Automatic External Defibrillators (AED), fire extinguishers, life rafts, and oxygen equipment.
- Ensure passengers comply with all federal regulations during flight activity (on Part 91 flights only).
- Assist passengers with seating accommodations for all individuals, including those with disabilities and children requiring restraint systems.
Administrative and Maintenance Coordination
- Conduct comprehensive pre-flight checks of all cabin equipment.
- Report all cabin discrepancies and maintenance issues to the PIC for timely documentation and resolution.
- Coordinate closely with pilots, maintenance teams, and cleaning crews to guarantee the aircraft is impeccably clean, orderly, and properly serviced at all times.
- Prepare essential operational documentation, including post-trip reports, catering reports, and client profile updates.
- Create and maintain an aircraft-specific manual for the assigned aircraft.
- Manage expense accounts diligently and accurately.
- Attend and maintain currency in all required annual recurrent safety, medical, and company Indoctrination training.
- The employee may supervise the work of or train contract or part-time cabin crewmembers as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma is required.
- A minimum of four (4) years of work experience in a similar corporate cabin attendant role.
- At least two (2) years of proven culinary and/or high-end food service experience.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must hold current Flight Safety International or equivalent Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training certification.
- Current MedAire Management of Inflight Illness and Injury certification or equivalent CPR and AED certification is mandatory.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
The role requires the employee to operate effectively across diverse environments, including upscale customer areas and the heavy maintenance hangar environment, which may experience seasonal temperature extremes. The employee will occasionally be exposed to high noise levels (during aircraft arrivals/departures) and occasional fuel fumes.
The employee must be capable of frequent lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds above the head. Specific physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, climbing, crouching, and the ability to utilize close vision, distance vision, color vision, and depth perception to safely perform essential functions.
