A distinguished aviation operator is actively seeking highly accomplished and current Captains/Commanders to join its flight operations team. The successful applicant will serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) on the Airbus A320 family fleet, demonstrating exceptional commitment to safety, adherence to rigorous operational standards, and professional excellence.
Mandatory Qualifications & Licensing
Prospective Captains/Commanders must satisfy the following stringent professional and legal requirements:
- Possession of an unrestricted legal right to reside and work permanently within Switzerland.
- The candidate must hold a valid, unrestricted EU/EFTA Passport.
- A current EASA Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL) is required.
- Maintenance of a valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate is essential.
- Possession of a current and valid Airbus A320 Type Rating.
- Demonstrated English proficiency at a minimum of ICAO Level 4.
Experience Requirements (Flight Time)
The role demands extensive experience across complex commercial aviation operations. Candidates must meet the following minimum flight hour thresholds:
- A minimum of 4,000 hours of actual flight time accrued on CS25 certified aircraft.
- A minimum of 1,000 hours of actual flight time acting as Commander (Pilot-in-Command) on the Airbus A320 family aircraft.
- A minimum of 150 hours of actual flight time on the Airbus A320 family aircraft recorded within the preceding 12 months, ensuring high operational currency.
- The candidate's last commercial flight must have occurred within the preceding six months.
