About the Role:

The Co-Pilot / Second-in-Command is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of JM Family's Challenger 350 aircraft. This role involves managing flight operations to meet passenger needs and contributing to the overall success of the department. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with a steadfast commitment to safety, professional growth, and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct safe and efficient flight operations as Co-Pilot / Second-in-Command of the JM Family Challenger 350 aircraft.
• Ensure flights adhere to company policies and regulations, meeting the needs of both passengers and the department.
• Perform pre-flight and post-flight inspections, manage flight planning, and ensure all flight operations are executed safely and successfully.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development and training to maintain qualifications and stay current with industry standards.
• Assume non-flying duties as required to support departmental objectives and contribute to team success.

Qualifications:

• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate.
• Challenger 300 or 350 Type Rating preferred.
• FAA 61.58 Pilot-in-Command check completed within the last 12 months.
• Current FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate.
• Current FCC Radio Operator's Permit.
• Valid U.S. Passport.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• 2,500 hours of total flight time preferred.
• 1,000 hours of turbine fixed-wing flight experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays as required.
