Role Purpose

Enhance in-flight customer experience by maintaining and continuously improve cabin crew performance;

Improve overall efficiency by monitoring and increasing crew’s productivity;
-
Develop and manage cabin crew performance management program;
-
Provide support to the cabin crew community;
-
Assist and support Manager, In-flight Service Training and Manager, In-flight Service Standards and Operations, ensuring crew are performance up to standards;
-
Authority to make decisions regarding risk tolerability associated with cabin operations with respect to the safety and/or security of cabin operations based on the tolerability defined in the operational Risk Matrix;
-
Responsible for ensuring operations under the responsible areas are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and HKE's policies, standards, and requirements;

Establish key metrics to accurately define the competencies required for cabin crew along with individual performance mapping to set-up the appraisal framework;
-
Manage the Continuous Monitoring Inspection program, including but not limited to line check;
-
Disseminate policies and procedures related to crew performance;
-
Coach and provide supports to the crew community;
-
Conduct regular performance appraisal exercises and workshops;
-
Manage and monitor progress of cabin crew's overall performance;
-
Research and analyze areas of improvement for performance;
-
Management absence monitoring program;
-
Monitor sick leave record of Cabin Crew;
-
Support cabin crew recruitment as required;
-
Any other ad-hoc related support duties assigned;

Perform Flying Duty as Management Flyer.
The Ideal Candidate
-
Minimum 5 years’ working experience in aviation industry with supervisory role preferably with 3 years of flying experience;

Bachelor's degree or above;
-
Good academic qualifications and sound judgment;
-
Experience in planning, organization, and control of performance functions;
-
Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;
-
Proficiency in computer applications, e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe, etc.
