Fixed-Wing King Air Pilot - Medical Air Transportation

Compensation & Benefits:
- Commensurate annual salary ranging from $95,725.98 to $105,298.57.
- $15,000 sign-on bonus (upon successful completion of training and checkride). No training contract required.
- $40,000 retention bonus (subject to a six-month waiting period and participation in a three-year program).
- 7 days on/7 days off scheduling.
- $3,000 relocation assistance.
- Company-provided crew housing.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of patients to and from various locations and facilities.
- Maintain aircraft readiness for flight operations, adhering to all Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) and company procedures. This includes ensuring aircraft cleanliness.
- Meticulously maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation, including shift logs, load manifests, and other required records.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities personnel, and external partners.
- Provide comprehensive shift change information to the succeeding pilot and team, adhering to all company protocols for recording relevant details.
- Maintain all required certifications and actively participate in ongoing ground and flight training programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Commercial Airplane Multi-Engine Land (C-AMEL) rating. ATP certification must be obtained within five years of employment.
- Valid and unexpired driver's license.
- Current FAA Class I or II medical certificate.
- 2,500 total flight hours.
- 2,000 fixed-wing flight hours.
- 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC).
- 500 cross-country flight hours.
- 500 multi-engine flight hours.
- 100 night flight hours.
- 75 instrument flight hours (50 actual).
Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
- This position requires working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Duties may include de-icing the aircraft, assisting with towing and hangar maneuvering, and pre-flight aircraft preparation.
- Physical requirements include standing, walking, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
- Assistance with patient loading may be required, involving lifting up to 70 lbs.
- Excellent visual acuity is essential, encompassing close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
