Flight Operations Recruiter (Pilot Recruiter)

Frontier Airlines is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Flight Operations Recruiter to provide full-cycle strategic recruitment and staffing support to its flight operations organization. Responsibilities:

The Flight Operations Recruiter will:

  • Support and execute pilot staffing strategies in a competitive hiring environment.
  • Plan, coordinate, and participate in pilot recruitment events.
  • Manage staffing goals and dashboard metrics.
  • Provide collaborative and consultative guidance to flight operations staff and leadership.
  • Collaborate with the corporate staffing unit in developing sources of qualified applicants and conducting the screening process.
  • Lead the generation of pipeline and pilot candidate flow through candidate searches on networking sites, search engines, social networks, and other sources.
  • Travel in- and out-of-state as required to support the company’s staffing needs.
  • Develop pilot candidate pools for on-going recruitment efforts.
  • Identify new recruiting strategies to source quality talent.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field, or a combination of education and relevant HR experience.
  • Prior airline experience preferred.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $60,200 - $75,250.
