Cabin Crew Safety Instructor
Our organization is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cabin Crew Safety Instructor to deliver world-class training programs. This pivotal role ensures our cabin crew consistently meet the highest safety, security, and service standards. The Instructor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive regulatory and company-required training, fostering a robust safety culture, and preparing crew members for exceptional customer service and unparalleled operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial, recurrent, and Senior Cabin Crew Member (SCCM) promotion training courses.
- Design and develop aviation training curricula, ensuring strict compliance with GACA regulations and internal company standards.
- Execute training and check flights, rigorously maintaining the highest operational and safety standards.
- Remain current with evolving operational practices and consistently demonstrate exemplary customer service skills.
- Accurately complete all requisite documentation and diligently maintain comprehensive trainee records.
- Champion and actively promote a proactive culture of safety and security throughout the Training Department.
- Contribute to training planning initiatives and identify optimal training materials and multimedia resources.
- Strictly apply procedures in full adherence to operating manuals and all applicable regulatory requirements.
- Continuously seek and implement opportunities to enhance training methodologies and improve overall learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification is required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of dedicated experience in a training role within the airline industry, complemented by prior senior-level cabin crew operational experience.
- Desirable qualifications include instructor certifications in Safety & Emergency Procedures (SEP), First Aid, Aviation Security, Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR), Crew Resource Management (CRM), and Safety Management Systems (SMS).
- Possession of a relevant “Train the Trainer” qualification, including proven experience in course design and development.
- Profound knowledge of cabin crew operations, procedures, and operational manuals.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Previous experience with low-cost carriers (LCCs) is considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated strong communication, superior multitasking, and effective stress management capabilities.
