Cabin Crew Performance Manager
flyadeal is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional for the position of Cabin Crew Performance Manager. This role is pivotal in driving excellence in cabin crew service delivery and maintaining the highest safety standards across flyadeal’s operations. The Manager will provide proactive leadership, coaching, and performance management, ensuring all cabin crew consistently uphold flyadeal’s core values of safety, hospitality, and professionalism. This position is responsible for fostering a supportive, inclusive, and high-performing environment where crew members are empowered to thrive and consistently exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads, coaches, and mentors cabin crew to ensure optimal performance and service delivery.
- Manages crew performance, motivation, grooming standards, and behavior in alignment with organizational policies.
- Cultivates a customer-first culture, emphasizing safety and service excellence onboard all flights.
- Conducts performance reviews, manages disciplinary actions, and develops personal development plans for crew members.
- Oversees grooming standards and leads initiatives for training and continuous improvement.
- Drives the cabin crew welfare program, offering support for personal or health-related concerns.
- Collaborates effectively with planning and operations teams to ensure crew readiness and satisfaction.
- Reviews and responds to customer feedback, including complaints and compliments, to identify areas for performance enhancement.
- Serves as a role model, embodying professionalism and customer-centric behavior at all times.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent extensive work experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum of six years of experience within the aviation industry is required, including at least two years specifically in cabin crew training, performance management, or recruitment.
- Demonstrated ability in crew coaching, mentoring, and managing disciplinary processes.
- Possesses strong leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Holds a solid understanding of aviation grooming standards, safety protocols, service excellence criteria, and comprehensive customer care principles.
- Fluent in English.
