First Officer (B737 NG/EFIS)

This critical role, serving as the Second in Command, is instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency across all flight operations for our modern Boeing 737 fleet.
Main Objective of the Role
The First Officer is primarily responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight, including normal and non-normal situations, under the guidance and direction of the Captain or Aircraft Commander. This position is vital for maintaining paramount flight safety and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides continuous support and collaboration with the Captain to ensure all flights are conducted with paramount safety and operational efficiency.
- Acts as a professional ambassador for the airline, upholding the highest standards of discipline, conduct, and personal appearance at all times while on duty.
- Demonstrates unwavering commitment to the duty of care and welfare for all crew members and passengers onboard.
- Assists the Commander in overseeing critical ground operations, including appropriate fueling, baggage/cargo loading, and comprehensive aircraft servicing.
- Ensures meticulous execution of all duties as specified within the instructions and procedures outlined in the airline's Operations Manuals.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma is required.
- Candidates must possess a B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type rating endorsed within the last 24 months.
- A minimum of 1,500 Multi-Pilot Aircraft (MPA) flying hours is mandatory, including at least 500 hours specifically on B737-300 to 900 (NG/EFIS) type aircraft.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for effective communication in a global aviation environment.

Information Security Responsibility (ISR) Requirements
The First Officer is required to read and comply diligently with all Company ISR policies, promptly reporting any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completion of all mandated ISR awareness sessions and adherence to associated guidelines in day-to-day business operations are compulsory.
