Gulfstream IV Captain - International Fleet

This position, based in Ocoee, FL, operates on a 17-days-on/13-days-off schedule. The successful candidate must be Type Rated and Current in the Gulfstream IV (GIV) aircraft.
Essential Job Tasks
The Gulfstream IV Captain will:
- Provide exceptional customer service, exhibiting a friendly, calm, and confident demeanor.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with all flight crew members to ensure flight activities are conducted safely.
- Complete thorough flight planning, utilizing all applicable weather information and reports in accordance with Company policies, procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
- Determine aircraft airworthiness per FARs and Company policies, conducting thorough preflight inspections.
- Ensure flights are planned and fueled appropriately for safe operation, adhering to all relevant policies and regulations.
- Operate the aircraft safely and effectively during the designated duty period, following the Captain’s instruction, FARs, and Company policies.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of operated equipment, FARs governing operation, and relevant manuals, policies, procedures, and instructions.
- Inform crew and passengers of turbulent weather conditions or other operational factors affecting the flight.
- Complete the load manifest for each flight.
- Contribute to a reliable and on-time operation by adhering to all report times, departure times, and minimum turn times.
- Assist with and ensure proper handling of aircraft, passengers, baggage, and cargo while at the terminal.
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance according to Company procedures and practices.
- Present a professional appearance and adhere to the Company uniform dress code.
- Conduct oneself professionally at all times while on duty, observing the Rules of Conduct for all associates as outlined in the Flight Operations Manual, Employee Handbook, and related policies and procedures.
- Pursue continuous professional training to enhance performance and abilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company and Chief Pilot.
