Challenger 300 Pilot In Command - Atlanta, GA
FlightWorks, Inc. is seeking an experienced Challenger 300 Pilot In Command to join a 3-person crew for a full-time Part 91/135 opportunity based in Atlanta, Georgia (PDK). This role requires a customer-focused, results-oriented individual with strong presence and decision-making abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional in-flight passenger experiences during safe and efficient flight operations. This position reports directly to the Chief Pilot.
The ideal candidate will be a technically skilled pilot with a comprehensive understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs), possess excellent customer service orientation, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, colleagues, and supervisors. Candidates adept at problem-solving in dynamic environments are highly desired.

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-flight passenger experiences during safe and efficient flight operations.
Qualifications
- FAA ATP Certificate or JAA ATPL Equivalent.
- Current First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Minimum Flight Time: 3500 hours Total Time, 2000 hours Multi-engine, 2000 hours Pilot In Command (PIC), and 100 hours in type.
- No record of accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions.
- Time in type is preferred.
- Must be a highly motivated team player with a strong work ethic.
- Demonstrate a professional attitude and the ability to operate aircraft safely and professionally.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Atlanta, Georgia area.
- This is a Safety Sensitive position and is subject to Random Drug and Alcohol testing.
