G-650 Captain
Flexjet is seeking a highly experienced and qualified Captain to join its esteemed G-650 team. The Captain will perform pilot-in-command duties specifically assigned to the G-650 program for all flights, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft. This pivotal role involves managing the daily operational functions of the aircraft, guaranteeing a safe and comfortable flight experience for passengers throughout their scheduled rotations. The Captain reports directly to the Chief Aircraft Commander.
Responsibilities:
- Execute all Captain/PIC duties, directing the activities of fellow crew members and ensuring comprehensive understanding of individual responsibilities.
- Adhere to all Company procedures in the execution of duties.
- Maintain final authority for the safe operation of the aircraft.
- Ensure the aircraft's airworthiness and the presence of all required documentation onboard.
- Promptly report any known or suspected violations or incidents to the Fleet Manager.
- Maintain a current medical certificate as mandated by the Company and notify the Fleet Manager of any medical condition (physical or mental) that may impair flight performance.
- Report and document all maintenance discrepancies to the maintenance team at the end of each day, and alert Operations to the aircraft's current status as needed.
- Maintain regular contact with Operations or relevant departments during flights to ensure timely communication between the flight crew and Operations.
- Uphold a high standard of crew coordination, performing duties professionally, efficiently, and cordially at all times.
- Remain responsible to the Fleet Manager for duty assignments and training.
- Greet passengers and assist with seating and luggage storage.
- Ensure passenger briefings are conducted effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Valid EASA ATPL and/or a Valid UK ATPL (application in process acceptable).
- Current G-650 Type Rating.
- Minimum of 3,500 hours total flight time.
- Minimum of 1,500 hours Pilot-In-Command time.
- Minimum of 500 hours Multi-Engine Land time (1,000 preferred).
- Minimum of 500 hours Multi-Engine Turbine time (1,000 preferred).
- Minimum of 500 hours Actual Instrument time.
- Valid Multi-Crew Rating on EASA license.
- Valid EASA Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Valid EU-Passport.
- English Language Proficiency (ELP), minimum level 5.
- Previous experience in Commercial Air Transport and Corporate operations desirable.
- Must possess the legal right to work in Europe and/or the UK and have the ability to travel in and out of Europe and to all cities/countries where Flexjet serves.
- Ability to work weekends, nights, shifts, holidays, and overnight trips as per the Company roster.

Working Conditions:
The work environment involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet and humid conditions, extreme heat and cold, high and precarious places, outside weather conditions, vibration, chemicals including aviation fuels and lavatory fluid, and loud noise levels. Physical Requirements:
In addition to the requirements for holding a Class 1 Medical certificate, the Pilot must be able to perform the day-to-day tasks associated with aircraft operation, including loading/unloading baggage, conducting thorough pre-flight and post-flight inspections, assisting with snow and ice removal, installing/removing engine covers, and performing daily aircraft cleaning as required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 23 kg. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust and focus.
