Executive Corporate Flight Attendant - Full-Time (Milwaukee, MKE)
FL Aviation Corp seeks an accomplished and highly professional Corporate Flight Attendant to join its dedicated executive flight department. This critical, full-time position is based in Milwaukee (MKE) and supports operations aboard a Gulfstream G550 aircraft. The selected candidate will operate as one of two full-time Flight Attendants, ensuring an exceptional level of service, safety, and comfort for all passengers during worldwide flight operations.

Key Responsibilities
The Corporate Flight Attendant is responsible for executing all aspects of executive cabin service and safety management, including:
- Providing unparalleled high-level service, ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of all clients and passengers throughout every flight segment.
- Maintaining strict compliance with all Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations, safety protocols, and Company operating standards.
- Managing all aspects of high-end executive catering, including planning, ordering, specialized shopping, and preparation of gourmet meals and beverages for tailored itineraries.
- Conducting meticulous preflight checks of all cabin emergency equipment, security systems, and interior specifications prior to each flight.
- Expertly operating all emergency equipment and thoroughly understanding relevant procedures.
- Operating and managing all features of the Cabin Management Systems (CMS) and inflight entertainment systems.
- Coordinating and shopping for specialized interior items and provisions necessary for specific trip requirements.
- Ensuring the aircraft interior is flawlessly prepared before departure and completely restocked and detailed at the conclusion of each trip.
Required Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following minimum qualifications to be considered for this exclusive corporate aviation role:
- Must be a minimum of twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Possession of a current, valid US Passport is mandatory.
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience serving as a Corporate Flight Attendant in business or executive aviation.
- Demonstrated significant experience supporting and operating international flights.
- Completion of Flight Safety International or equivalent Corporate Cabin Attendant recurrent training. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed training within the last twelve (12) months.
- Completion of MedAire or equivalent medical training, inclusive of current certification in CPR and the use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
- Must possess substantial culinary expertise and prior experience in high-end food service or fine dining management.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills are paramount.
- A proven ability to function effectively as a flexible, dependable team player, working collaboratively with the other full-time Flight Attendant, flight crew, and maintenance personnel.
- Must possess a college degree; a high school diploma is required at minimum.
- Candidates must reside within a two-hour drive of the primary base of operation, Milwaukee (MKE), to ensure operational readiness.
