Pilot (First Officer) - South Central Region

The pilot will operate within a diverse fleet, flying to a vast array of domestic and international destinations. Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft from taxi through landing, adhering to all FAA regulations, OEM checklists, NetJets manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide superior service to owners/passengers, including pre-flight greetings, briefings, itinerary verification, weather updates, and safety instructions.
- Manage in-flight services, including the handling of alcoholic beverages and catering.
- Load and properly stow baggage on the aircraft.
- Conduct flights for owners with pets and/or those who smoke.
- Act as the final authority on the aircraft with respect to all operational areas, adhering to safety and regulatory guidance.
- Serve as a liaison between owners/passengers and NetJets from arrival at the FBO until final destination departure.
- Report aircraft maintenance discrepancies to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center and complete necessary documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) written exam completed.
- Current FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- Meet FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) certificate requirements with multi-engine rating. This includes at least 21 years of age with:
- 1,500 hours total flight time experience; or
- 1,250 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate; or
- 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification; or
- 1,000 hours with appropriate university R-ATP certificate.
- 200 hours cross-country flight time (>50 nm).
- 250 hours fixed-wing Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time.
- 100 hours of night flying, or 75 hours with 45 night takeoffs and landings.
- 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated in-flight).
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time.
- FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
- Ability to work varying hours, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with schedule flexibility to adjust to rapid changes.
- Capacity to manage rest to remain prepared for flight duty at all times.
- Ability to be away from home for extended periods.
- Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges.
- Pass required Transportation Security Administration background screening.
- Valid State driver's license.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Service-oriented mindset with a neat, well-groomed appearance and ability to effectively interact with passengers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to make quick and accurate decisions under pressure, while paying close attention to detail.
- Capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
- Ability to work around animals, and conduct flights for owners who smoke.

- Base Salary Range: $69,932 - $95,696
- Additional compensation may include overtime pay, shift differential pay, quarterly bonuses, and/or annual discretionary bonuses.
