First Officer - Challenger 350
Executive Jet Management (EJM), a subsidiary of NetJets and a Berkshire Hathaway company, is a leader in aircraft management and worldwide jet charter services since 1977. EJM is seeking a qualified First Officer for a Challenger 350 aircraft based in South Florida. This individual will be responsible for the safety and service of passengers, and will work within a Part 135 operation with a four-pilot crew structure. The First Officer will report to the Chief Pilot and the Pilot in Command (PIC) of a scheduled trip for all assigned duties.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pilot duties in accordance with the Company General Operations Manual (GOM), FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals, and other pertinent instructions.
- Ensure company goals for safety, security, and quality are met through compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS) and report any recommendations or non-compliance observations through the appropriate channels.
- Conduct post-flight inspections of the aircraft interior, including removal of debris, ice, coffee, and catering, and report any discrepancies to the PIC.
- Arrange and obtain necessary cabin items, including catering, as identified by the Flight Operations Center.
- Provide exemplary customer service at all times.
- Coordinate work schedules and schedule changes with the Chief Pilot.
- Log and report flight and duty times, and report any commercial flying performed outside the Company to the Flight Operations Center.
- Maintain and provide a copy of a current First Class Medical Certificate to the Flight Operations Training Department by the 20th of each month.

Experience:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in aviation.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs):
- Demonstrated strong prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, high-level priorities.
- Proactive decision-making skills.
- Must maintain a valid Medical certificate.
- Must obtain an FAA Type rating in the Challenger 350.
- Ability to uphold a high service standard in a dynamic regulatory environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Minimum Flight Time Requirements:
- Total Flight Time: 2,500 hours
- Multi-Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours
- Pilot in Command (PIC): 500 hours
- Instrument: 150 hours
- Jet: 250 hours
- Turbine Engine: 100 hours
- Time in Type: 50 hours
