Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft during all phases of flight, strictly adhering to FAA guidelines, OEM checklists, NetJets Flight Operations Manual (FOM) or Aircraft Operating Manual (AOM), and Standard Operating Practices (SOPs).
- Provide pre-flight briefings to Owners/passengers, explaining flight details, itinerary changes, weather updates, and safety procedures.
- Deliver in-flight service as required, including catering, alcohol service, and pet handling.
- Load and properly stow all baggage on the aircraft.
- Act as the final authority on aircraft operations, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory guidance.
- Serve as a liaison between Owners/passengers and NetJets, providing assistance and communication from the time of arrival at the FBO to departure from the final destination.
- Report any maintenance abnormalities or discrepancies to the NetJets Maintenance Control Center (MCC) Controller on duty.
- Complete all necessary documentation related to maintenance issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Hold a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate or meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP (R-ATP) with a multi-engine rating.
- Possess a current FAA First-Class Medical certificate.
- Have at least 1,500 hours of total flight time experience (or equivalent based on other qualifications).
- Meet the following flight experience requirements:
- 200 hours cross-country flight time
- 250 hours fixed-wing PIC
- 100 hours of night flying (or 75 hours with at least 45 night takeoffs and landings)
- 75 hours of instrument time
- 50 hours fixed-wing, multi-engine time
- Have successfully completed the ATP written exam prior to starting Indoctrination Training.
- Possess a valid FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit.
- Hold a valid passport and be able to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Be authorized to work in the U.S. and travel in and out of the country without restriction.
- Be able to work flexible hours, including day and night, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, especially under pressure.
- Possess a strong ability to make quick and accurate decisions while paying close attention to detail.
- Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance and demonstrate a service-oriented attitude.
- Be capable of exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 30 pounds frequently, and 10 pounds constantly.
- Be comfortable working around animals, including handling and caring for pets during flights.
