Purpose and Responsibilities:

The First Officer is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft, adhering to FAA regulations, OEM checklists, NetJets’ Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Aircraft Operating Manuals (AOM), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This encompasses all phases of flight, from taxi to landing. Furthermore, the First Officer acts as a key liaison between NetJets and its clientele, providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire travel experience. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring safe aircraft operation according to all applicable regulations and guidelines.
• Greeting passengers, providing pre-flight briefings, and managing in-flight service, including catering and handling of alcohol (where applicable).
• Handling baggage and accommodating passenger needs, including those traveling with pets or smokers.
• Acting as the final authority on all aspects of aircraft operation, including safety and regulatory compliance.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for passengers throughout their journey.
• Reporting maintenance issues promptly and accurately to the Maintenance Control Center (MCC).
• Completing all necessary paperwork associated with maintenance and flight operations.
• Additional duties as assigned.
