Challenger 350 Pilot - South Florida
Executive Jet Management (EJM), a Berkshire Hathaway company and a subsidiary of NetJets, seeks a qualified pilot for a Challenger 350 aircraft based in South Florida. The pilot will be responsible for the welfare of passengers, ensuring cabin safety and service in all aspects of flight. The pilot must demonstrate proficiency in abnormal and emergency procedures, as well as in all areas of cabin systems and operations. This is a four-pilot account operating under Part 135 regulations. The pilot reports to the Chief Pilot for the performance of all assigned duties involved in the safe and efficient execution of flight assignments, and to the Pilot in Command (PIC) of a scheduled trip for all duties assigned for that specific trip.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Perform pilot duties in accordance with the Company General Operations Manual (GOM), FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals, and other pertinent instructions.
- Ensure the company's safety, security, and quality goals are met through continuous compliance with the company's Safety Management System (SMS) program, reporting any safety, security, or quality recommendations or non-compliance observations through the appropriate channels.
- Oversee the post-flight condition of the aircraft interior, including removing debris from the cockpit area, clearing ice, coffee, and catering, and reporting any interior equipment discrepancies to the PIC.
- Arrange and obtain necessary cabin items, including catering, as specified by the Flight Operations Center, consistently providing the highest level of customer service.
- Coordinate work schedules and any schedule changes with the Chief Pilot, accurately logging and reporting flight and duty times. Report any commercial flying performed outside the Company to the Flight Operations Center for inclusion in Flight and Duty Time Records.
- Maintain a current First Class Medical Certificate and provide a copy to the Flight Operations Training Department by the twentieth (20th) of the month due.

2-4 years of relevant experience
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other (KSAOs):
- Exceptional prioritizing and organizational skills, with the proven ability to manage multiple high-level priorities.
- Proactive decision-making abilities.
- Must maintain a valid Medical certificate.
- Willingness to obtain an FAA Type rating in the applicable Fleet type.
- Ability to uphold rigorous service standards within a strict and evolving regulatory environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
Minimum Requirements:
- Total flight time: 2500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 500 hours
- Instrument: 150 hours
- Jet: 250 hours
- Turbine Engine: 100 hours
- Time in Type: 50 hours
