Pilot Second in Command - Challenger 350

Executive Jet Management, a subsidiary of NetJets and a pioneer in aircraft management since 1977, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified Pilot Second in Command for a Challenger 350 aircraft based in West Palm Beach, Florida. This individual will join a team committed to safety, service, and integrity within the world's largest private aviation infrastructure.

The Pilot Second in Command is responsible for the welfare of passengers in all aspects of cabin safety and service. This position requires proficiency in abnormal and emergency procedures, as well as comprehensive knowledge of cabin systems and operations. This is a four-pilot account operating under Part 135 regulations. The Pilot Second in Command reports directly to the Chief Pilot for all assigned duties related to safe and efficient flight operations, and to the Pilot in Command of a scheduled trip for all trip-specific duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform pilot duties in accordance with the Company General Operations Manual (GOM), FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals, and other pertinent instructions.
  • Ensure the company's safety, security, and quality goals are met through compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS) program and by reporting any safety, security, or quality concerns.
  • Conduct post-flight inspections of the aircraft interior, including debris removal, catering disposal, and reporting equipment discrepancies.
  • Arrange and obtain cabin items, including catering, as directed by the Flight Operations Center, while providing exemplary customer service.
  • Coordinate work schedules with the Chief Pilot; log and report all flight and duty times; report any commercial flying activities outside the Company.
  • Maintain and provide the Flight Operations Training Department with a current First Class Medical Certificate by the 20th of each month.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of relevant aviation experience.
  • Strong prioritizing and organizational abilities.
  • Proactive decision-making skills.
  • Valid Medical Certificate.
  • Ability to obtain an FAA Type rating in the Challenger 350.
  • Strong adherence to service standards within a regulated environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.

Minimum Flight Time Requirements:

  • Total Flight Time: 2500 hours
  • Multi Engine Land (MEL): 500 hours
  • Pilot in Command (PIC): 500 hours
  • Instrument: 150 hours
  • Jet: 250 hours
  • Turbine Engine: 100 hours
  • Time in Type: 50 hours
