The Pilot is responsible for performing pilot duties in accordance with the Company General Operations Manual (GOM), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals, and other pertinent instructions. This individual ensures the company’s safety, security, and quality goals are met through continuous compliance with the company Safety Management System (SMS) program, reporting any safety, security, or quality recommendations or non-compliance observations through the appropriate channels.
The Pilot is responsible for the post-flight inspection of the aircraft interior, including the removal of debris from the cockpit area, the removal of ice, coffee, and catering, and the reporting of any interior equipment discrepancies to the Pilot in Command (PIC).
