Pilot in Command, Challenger 300
Executive Jet Management, a subsidiary of NetJets and a leader in aircraft management and worldwide jet charter services, seeks a highly qualified and experienced Pilot in Command (PIC) for a Challenger 300 aircraft based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Position Overview:

As PIC, you will be responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the aircraft, adhering to all company and regulatory requirements. You will play a critical role in delivering an exceptional service experience while upholding the highest standards of safety and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring Safe Flight Operations:
- Maintain compliance with all company and regulatory requirements for crew assignments and trip planning.
- Thoroughly complete flight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance tasks.
- Lead required briefings using the Threats, Plans, and Considerations (TPC) methodology to mitigate operational risks.
- Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and coordinate effectively with company personnel.
- Act as the Grounds Security and In-Flight Security Coordinator, following company policy.
- Conduct comprehensive pre-flight inspections, ensuring aircraft maintenance status meets mission capability standards.
- Document all aircraft discrepancies according to company SOPs.
- Monitor and oversee all aircraft ground servicing requirements (e.g., fueling, oil, oxygen) according to SOPs.
- Deliver passenger briefings adhering to company policy and regulations, providing exceptional customer service and catering to special needs.
- Employ Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Threat and Error Management (TEM) to maintain clear and timely communication with crew and support personnel.
Delivering Exceptional Service:
- Provide exceptional service to owners and passengers, actively identifying opportunities to enhance the EJM service experience.
- Proactively investigate and resolve service deviations.
- Collaborate with fellow crew members and EJM internal partners to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Effectively address and resolve conflicts and challenges.
Maintaining Proficiency and Compliance:
- Maintain currency in regulatory and company-required training and experience.
- Uphold compliance with the company Safety Management System (SMS) program, reporting safety concerns or non-compliance issues through appropriate channels.
Qualifications:
Certifications & Licenses:
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP)
Experience:
- 4-6 years of experience, with a strong preference for CL300/350 type-rated individuals. Prior experience in corporate/business aviation is preferred.
Minimum Time Requirements:
- Total flight time: 3500 hours
- Multi Engine Land (MEL): 1500 hours
- Pilot in Command: 2000 hours
- PIC MEL: 500 hours
- Instrument: 300 hours
- Jet: 500 hours
