flyExclusive seeks a qualified Second in Command (SIC) to join their team in an unspecified location. The SIC will report to the Pilot-in-Command during flight and will be instrumental in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft under Federal Aviation Regulations and company procedures, contributing to domestic trip assignments operating under Part 135 regulations.
About the Role

Assists the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in preparing and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company aircraft.

Conducts domestic trip assignments under Part 135 regulations, maintaining a high level of customer service.

Adheres to all company procedures manuals.

Greets passengers, assists with seating, and handles luggage storage.

Conducts passenger briefings and responds to passenger requests.

Maintains a high degree of professionalism and the ability to coordinate and lead the crew.

Travel is required 100% while on rotation.
Requirements
-
Current first-class medical certificate, with notification to the company if any medical condition may impair flight duties.

ATP Complete (preferred, but also listed as required).

FAA First Class Medical.

At least 2,000 hours Total Time (Fixed Wing).

At least 250 hours of Multi-Engine Time.

Valid Passport.

Ability to obtain and maintain CANPASS authorization for unrestricted travel to/from Canada as a commercial pilot.

Appropriate Type Rating (preferred Type Rating in a Challenger or Regional Jet).

Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States and provide two forms of Federal Identification.

Must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites and basic computer applications.

Ability to perform consistently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to Part 135.

Thorough knowledge of FAA, ICAO, & other international flight operations regulations.

Strong organizational skills and advanced multi-tasking abilities.

Strong interpersonal, verbal/written, and presentation skills.

Computer skills necessary to operate standard office applications.

Ability to present a well-groomed appearance at all times, adhering to company standards.

At least 2,500 hours of Total Time (Fixed Wing) (preferred).

At least 500 hours of multi-engine time (preferred).
