Compensation & Benefits
European Cargo offers a highly competitive and comprehensive remuneration package for this key role:
- Annual Salary: A base salary of £135,299.
- Additional Pay: Duty pay of £115 per day, supplemented by per diems.
- Pension Scheme: A generous 11% company contribution to the pension fund.
- Insurance: Comprehensive Loss of Licence insurance and BUPA healthcare, ensuring peace of mind for our flight crew.

Minimum Requirements
Prospective A340-600 Captains are expected to meet the following essential criteria:
- Possess the legal right to live and work permanently in the UK.
- Hold a valid UK ATPL with a current A330/A340/A350/A380 rating.
- Must be a current Airbus fly-by-wire Captain.
- Fulfill the specified minimum flight hour requirements:
- Total Flying Hours: A minimum of 5,000 hours.
- Airbus FBW Hours: A minimum of 3,000 hours on Airbus Fly-By-Wire aircraft.
- Command Hours: A minimum of 3,000 hours in command, including at least 1,500 hours specifically on an A330/A340/A350/A380 aircraft type.
