Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing various human resources functions critical to the efficient operation of our flight crews and ground support staff. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with aviation industry regulations and labor laws.
Qualifications
A strong understanding of human resources principles and practices within the aviation sector is highly desirable. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential for this role.
