Envoy Air First Officer Position
Envoy Air is seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of First Officer. This role demands a commitment to safety and a dedication to exceptional performance within a dynamic aviation environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
Candidates must possess a valid FAA Commercial Pilot Certification with multi-engine and instrument ratings. Furthermore, the successful applicant will meet the following flight time minimums:
- Total Flight Time: 1,500 hours; or 1,250 hours with a qualifying 2-year or 4-year aviation university program and 30 aviation hours; or 1,000 hours with a qualifying 2-year or 4-year aviation university program and 60 aviation hours; or 750 hours for military flight training graduates.
- Specific Flight Time Requirements: 50 hours of multi-engine fixed-wing flight time (reducible to 25 hours under certain conditions), 200 hours of cross-country flight time, 250 hours of fixed-wing Pilot-in-Command (PIC) time, 100 hours of cross-country PIC time, 100 hours of night flying, 75 hours of instrument time (actual or simulated, with a minimum of 50 hours in airplanes), and 25 hours of night PIC time.
In addition to the aforementioned flight experience, applicants must also meet the following criteria:
- Current FAA First-Class Medical Certificate.
- Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) currency.
- Federal Communications Commission (FCC) license.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally to all locations served by Envoy Air.
- Willingness to relocate as required.
Applicants must also successfully complete the ATP written examination prior to commencing Envoy's new-hire training program. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age.
