Airline Pilot / First Officer

Minimum Qualifications and General Requirements
- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age at the time of application.
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is a mandatory requirement. A 4-year College Degree in Aviation is highly preferred.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
- Proficiency in English is essential; candidates must possess the ability to read, write, fluently speak, and comprehend the English language.
- Flexibility to work any shift, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is a mandatory requirement for this position.
- Possession of a valid Passport and authorization to travel to any country served by Endeavor Air is necessary.
- Successful completion of a comprehensive pre-employment screening process is required. This process includes, but is not limited to, Company, FAA, and DOT-mandated screenings, a criminal background check, drug test, a motor vehicle driving record (MVR) review, and a PRIA (Pilot Records Improvement Act) records check.
Flight Time Requirements
Candidates must meet the following flight time minimums, encompassing both ATP (Airline Transport Pilot) and R-ATP (Restricted ATP) qualifications:
- Total Flight Time:
- 1,500 hours total flight time for a full ATP.
- Alternatively, for Restricted ATP qualification, candidates must be graduates of an authorized institution and meet one of the following criteria:
- 1,250 hours total flight time with an Associate's Degree in an Aviation Major.
- 1,000 hours total flight time with a Bachelor's Degree in an Aviation Major.
- 750 hours total flight time for military-trained and qualified pilots.
- Specific Flight Time Minimums:
- 50 hours Multi-Engine Land time.
- 100 hours Night flight time.
- 75 hours Instrument time.
- 500 hours Cross Country time.
- 250 hours Pilot in Command (PIC) Airplane time.
- 100 hours PIC Airplane Cross Country time.
- 25 hours PIC Airplane Night time.
Important Notes Regarding Flight Time:
- PIC Airplane Night time may comprise a combination of Second in Command (SIC) and PIC time, provided the SIC time was accumulated in operations that legally required a SIC under Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR).
- For applicants possessing less than 500 hours of cross-country flight time, a Restricted ATP will be issued upon meeting all other eligibility criteria; the cross-country requirement may be reducible to 200 hours in such cases.
