Elit’Avia Americas seeks a highly qualified and dedicated individual to fill the full-time position of Second-in-Command (SIC) on a Challenger 3500 aircraft. This position is based in the San Diego area with a prominent Part 135 operator. The successful candidate will be a meticulous professional with a demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

The SIC will work as part of a high-performing team, operating on a pre-defined schedule. They will contribute to the safe and efficient execution of all flight operations. This role demands professionalism, precision, and a strong understanding of aviation regulations.

Qualifications:

Must hold a type rating on the Challenger 350 or a comparable aircraft.
Must possess a valid FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with a Certified Multi-Engine Land (CMEL) rating.
Must hold and maintain a valid first-class medical certificate.
Must reside within a 2-hour driving distance of the San Diego base.

Minimum Experience Requirements:

Candidates must meet the following minimum flight time requirements:

Total Flight Time: 2,000 hours
Pilot in Command Time: 500 hours
Multi-Engine Land Time: 500 hours
Turbo Jet Time: 250 hours
