ATPL license (EASA Part FCL) with A340 type rating (valid at the start of the course)
Total flying experience > 5000 hrs
Airbus Wide-body experience > 1500 hrs
Minimum 1500h Command Experience in Commercial Air Transport (CAT) on Widebody Aircraft
Experience in long-distance operations

In addition:

Medical Class 1 and vaccination readiness (incl. COVID19)
Completely documented proof of performance *
Very good language skills in German (at least level C1) and English (level B2 / ICAO level 4)
Excellent leadership and team skills, impeccable reputation, integrity, mature and loyal personality
Swiss citizen or citizen of the EU-27/EFTA states
