- A minimum of six months of experience in a customer-facing or people-focused role.
- The ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and courteously.

- The readiness to take ownership, resolve issues empathetically, and consistently exceed expectations to ensure memorable customer experiences.
Essential Regulatory and Operational Criteria
To meet all regulatory and operational requirements, applicants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older.
- Be between 5’2” (157.5 cm) and 6’3” (190 cm) in height without footwear.
- Be fluent in both written and spoken English, in addition to the native language of the chosen base.
- Hold a current, valid passport allowing unrestricted travel across the UK, the EEA, and the entire easyJet network.
- Reside within 90 minutes of the selected base location.
- Have no visible tattoos on the head, face, or neck. All other tattoos must be inoffensive.
- Be comfortable engaging in the sale of items from the CAFE.SHOP range, including alcoholic beverages (sales contribute to commission earnings).
- Demonstrate proficiency in core water safety skills: swimming 25 meters unaided, treading water, inflating a life jacket, and safely climbing into a life raft.
- Successfully pass an EASA Cabin Crew medical assessment.
- Be able to fit securely into a jump seat utilizing both a lap belt and shoulder harness.
