Initial Training Overview

A319/A320/A321 Co-Pilots will undergo the standard easyJet Operations Control Centre (OCC) training upon joining the company.

Requirements for the Role

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

• Must have operated as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the 12 months preceding the application date.
• Possess a minimum of 500 flying hours on A320 family aircraft.
• Hold a valid A320 Licence Proficiency Check (LPC) at the time of commencement.
• Hold an Austrian EASA Licence, or demonstrate willingness to convert to an Austrian EASA Licence.
• Possess an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical certificate, or demonstrate willingness to convert to an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical certificate.
• Achieve a minimum ICAO English language proficiency level of 4.
• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in Italy, with full access to operate across the UK, EEA, and the broader easyJet network.

Selection Process

The selection process involves the following stages:

• Stage 1: Online Application
• Stage 2: Online Assessments
• Stage 3: Application Review
• Stage 4: Assessment Centre. Candidates successfully progressing through Stages 1-3 will be invited to attend an easyJet Assessment Centre. This assessment will be conducted in one of our Simulator Centres and will include both Non-Technical and Technical (SIM) evaluations.
