An exciting opportunity is available for experienced A320 Co-Pilots to join easyJet on a permanent contract, based in Naples, Italy. Role Summary

The successful candidate will operate in the right-hand seat, fulfilling the role of a Second Officer or First Officer, determined by their flying hours and airline experience. This pivotal position is crucial for supporting the Captain and crew, ensuring the seamless operation of low-cost travel, and contributing significantly to easyJet's ambition of becoming Europe's most cherished airline.

Initial Training Overview

Upon joining, A319/A320/A321 Co-Pilots will complete a standard easyJet Operator Conversion Course (OCC) as part of their induction.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

To be considered for this challenging and rewarding position, candidates must meet the following stringent criteria:

• Must have operated as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months (at the point of application).
• Possess a minimum of 500 flying hours on A320 family aircraft.
• Hold a valid A320 Line Proficiency Check (LPC) upon joining.
• Must hold an Austrian EASA Licence or be willing to convert to an Austrian EASA Licence.
• Must hold an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical or be willing to convert to an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical.
• Achieved a minimum of ICAO Level 4 English language proficiency.
• Possess the unrestricted right to live and work in Italy, with unimpeded access across the UK, EEA, and the entire easyJet network.

The Selection Process

The rigorous selection process is designed to identify the most suitable candidates and comprises the following stages:

1. Stage 1: Online Application
2. Stage 2: Online Assessments
3. Stage 3: Application Review
4. Stage 4: Assessment Centre – Successful candidates from Stages 1-3 will be invited to an easyJet Assessment Centre. This comprehensive assessment will include both a Non-Technical and a Technical (Simulator) Assessment, conducted at one of easyJet's dedicated Simulator Centres.
