EasyJet is seeking passionate and skilled A320 Co-Pilots to join their team on a permanent contract at their Naples base. The successful candidate will operate in the right-hand seat, ranked as either Second Officer or First Officer depending on their flight hours and experience, and will support the Captain and crew. Initial training for A319/A320/A321 Co-Pilots will include a standard easyJet OCC upon joining.
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements: They must have operated as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the last 12 months, possess a minimum of 500 flying hours on A320 family aircraft, and hold a valid A320 LPC upon joining. Furthermore, they must have an Austrian EASA License (or be willing to convert), an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical (or be willing to convert), and a minimum ICAO Level 4 English proficiency. They must also have the right to live and work in Italy, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and the easyJet network.
The selection process will consist of multiple stages: first, an online application; second, online assessments; third, an application review; and finally, an assessment center. Successful candidates from the first three stages will be invited to attend an easyJet Assessment Center, which includes both non-technical and technical simulator assessments.
