Job Description: A320 Co-Pilot - Naples Base

This role involves operating as a Second Officer or First Officer, with rank determined by the individual's flying hours and prior airline experience. An exceptional opening now exists for experienced A320 Co-Pilots to join the team on a permanent contract at the Naples base. Initial Training:

All incoming A319/A320/A321 Co-Pilots will complete a comprehensive standard easyJet Operations Control Center (OCC) training upon commencement of employment.

Role Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications:

  • Active experience as a Commercial Passenger Co-Pilot on A320 family aircraft within the past 12 months (at the time of application).
  • A minimum of 500 flight hours on A320 family aircraft.
  • A current and valid A320 License Proficiency Check (LPC) upon joining.
  • Possession of an Austrian EASA Licence, or a commitment to converting to one.
  • Possession of an Austrian EASA Class 1 Medical, or a commitment to converting to one.
  • Proficiency in English language, at minimum ICAO Level 4.
  • The legal entitlement to live and work in Italy, with unrestricted access across the UK, EEA, and the entire easyJet network.

Selection Process:

The selection process encompasses the following stages:

  • Stage 1: Online Application
  • Stage 2: Online Assessments
  • Stage 3: Application Review
  • Stage 4: Assessment Centre – Successful candidates from the preceding stages will be invited to an Assessment Centre located at one of easyJet's Simulator Centres. This comprehensive assessment includes both a Non-Technical and a Technical (SIM) Assessment.
