Requirements
- Passion for Customer Service: You must have a genuine desire to provide excellent customer service and a minimum of three months' experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in written and verbal English is essential.
- Eligibility to Work in the UK: You must have the right to work and live in the UK, a valid passport, and unrestricted access to travel across the UK, EEA, and easyJet's network.
- Tattoos: Tattoos are allowed but must be discreetly covered if they are visible on the head, face, or neck or considered offensive or inappropriate.
- Alcohol Sales: You must be able to sell, handle, and dispose of alcoholic products, as they are sold on all flights and contribute to crew commission payments.
- Commuting Distance: You must reside within a 90-minute commuting distance from your chosen base.
- Age: You must be 18 years of age or older.
- Height: You must be between 5'2" (157.5 cm) and 6'3" (190 cm) tall without shoes.
- Medical: You must be able to pass a UK CAA Cabin Crew medical examination.
- Swimming Ability: You must be able to swim 25 meters unaided without stopping, touching the bottom or sides of the pool, tread water, inflate a life jacket, and climb into a survival raft from the water.
- Physical Requirements: You must have the ongoing ability to fit into an aircraft jump seat, which includes a shoulder harness and lap belt.
