About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic organization in the Securities & Investigations industry as a Corporate Pilot. This full-time, exempt position offers the chance to utilize your extensive aviation experience to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient air transportation with a strong focus on customer service.
Responsibilities:
The Corporate Pilot will:
- Operate company aircraft safely and professionally, adhering to all Federal regulations, aircraft manufacturer’s recommendations, and internal company policies.
- Maintain a flexible schedule and be available on limited notice for national and international flights.
- Analyze quarterly FOQA reports, providing data-driven recommendations based on findings.
- Collaborate with the co-pilot to complete preflight planning and Flight Risk Analysis for every flight.
- Optimize fuel costs by analyzing prices at intended arrival FBOs and implementing tankering practices.
- Meticulously complete incident reports for any safety-related event.
- Confirm passenger reservation details and ensure on-site presence on the day of arrival.
- Demonstrate teamwork by assisting with aircraft towing and interior cleaning between scheduled cleanings.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:
- FAA ATP Certificate with Multi-Engine Instrument privileges.
- Gulfstream GVII Type-rating.
- Proven international flight planning experience.
- A minimum of 3,000 hours of flight experience is preferred, including 1,000 hours of turbojet time.
- A current US Passport.
- Current Commercial Pilot and FAA First Class or Second Class Medical Certifications.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A strong commitment to teamwork and customer service.
