Job Title: Pilot-in-Command (PIC) – PC-12

Cutter Aviation is seeking an energetic and knowledgeable aviation professional to serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for a Pilatus PC-12 based in Addison, Texas. This position involves single-pilot operations to support both owner travel requirements and charter flight missions. As the primary face of Cutter Aviation, the successful candidate will act as an external representative to aircraft owners, operators, business partners, and the broader business aviation community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary representative for Cutter Aviation, building professional relationships with owners and clients.
  • Provide world-class customer service while ensuring safe and efficient aircraft operations.
  • Liaise with Cutter Flight Management regarding all phases of aircraft operations and support.
  • Train Second-in-Command (SIC) pilots to perform their designated functions effectively.

Minimum Requirements

  • Commercial Pilot Certificate with Instrument Rating (ATP preferred).
  • Previous turbojet type rating.
  • Current 1st Class Medical certificate or the ability to qualify for one.
  • Clean safety record: No accidents, incidents, or sanctions within the past five years.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general aviation aircraft, service requirements, and the needs of crews and passengers.
  • Self-starter capable of working independently.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork and assisting customers.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor with the ability to develop friendly rapport.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

PC-12 Preferred Requirements

  • Multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate.
  • 1,200 total flight hours.
  • 500 hours cross-country flight time.
  • 100 hours night flight time.
  • 75 hours instrument time (with at least 50 hours in actual flight).
  • Prior experience in on-demand charter operations.
  • Previous FSI or Simuflite training.
