- Support safe and efficient flight operations by executing assigned flight duties and partnering closely with the Captain.
- Maintain the highest standards of regulatory compliance with all aviation regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Enhance operational decision-making by evaluating weather, route, and airport conditions to support effective flight planning and adjustments.
- Ensure flight readiness and performance through accurate review of flight plans, weight and balance, fuel requirements, aircraft performance data, and checklist execution.
- Deliver an exceptional passenger experience by ensuring aircraft readiness, safety, comfort, and providing professional, customer-focused service.
- Contribute to departmental initiatives, participate on safety or hiring committees, and drive continuous improvement across the flight operation.
- Develop strong aircraft systems expertise for the assigned aircraft.
- Apply sound judgment and decision-making skills, prioritizing safety in all situations.
- Maintain continuous situational awareness throughout each phase of flight.
- Effectively manage workload and priorities, maintaining operational accuracy.

- Perform flight duties as assigned by the Captain.
- Conduct takeoffs and landings under the direction of the Pilot in Command and assume control in the event of PIC incapacitation.
- Verify aircraft airworthiness and ensure all required documentation is current and onboard.
- Complete required aircraft preflight and post-flight duties, including documenting discrepancies and coordinating maintenance.
- Verify that assigned flight crewmembers maintain necessary qualifications.
- Conduct required passenger safety briefings.
- Ensure compliance with international operating requirements for international flight operations.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and foreign regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Study weather conditions and make decisions regarding flight operations.
- Review flight plans, calculate aircraft parameters, and utilize checklists.
- Ensure the aircraft is clean, prepared, and provisioned for passenger safety and comfort.
- Assist with flight department documentation and contribute to team initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Valid U.S. Passport
- Valid first class medical certificate
- Valid Driver’s License
- Valid FAA Commercial Pilot License with an instrument rating or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
- 1,000 hours total flight time
- 500 hours Pilot in Command turbine time
- Successful completion of a FAA instrument proficiency check within the previous 12 months
- Intermediate level of relative work experience in a corporate aviation setting is preferred.
