Corporate Flight Management | CL65 First Officer

Contour Airlines is seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious individual to fill a full-time First Officer position based in White Plains, NY (HPN). This role within the Flight Operations Department requires a dedicated team player who is committed to excellence in all aspects of their performance. The successful candidate will contribute to a hardworking team focused on safely and professionally meeting the travel needs of clients while upholding the company's core values of safety, service, and integrity.

This position offers a salary range of $36,000.00 to $44,959.07, with eligibility for annual increases based on performance. Furthermore, pay incentives for additional trips may be available. Benefits for full-time employees include health, vision, and dental coverage, as well as short-term/long-term disability and voluntary life insurance policies effective the first day of the month following the hire date. A 401(k) savings plan with a company match of up to 6% is also offered, effective the first day of the month following the hire date. Additionally, employees accrue paid sick leave, vested vacation hours, and are eligible for non-revenue/space available (NRSA) travel privileges after six months of service. Various leaves of absence are also available to employees.

Responsibilities include ensuring the safety of all operations, complying with schedules and regulations, diligently planning flights, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the aircraft is well-maintained for passenger safety and comfort. The First Officer will adhere to the company uniform policy.

Qualified candidates must be at least 18 years of age and possess a Commercial Multi-Engine Instrument License, a current first-class medical certificate, strong communication skills, and worldwide/international aviation experience. The candidate must be a U.S. citizen or possess the right to work in the U.S., hold a valid driver's license and passport, possess an English Proficiency Endorsement (EPE), and be capable of lifting 75 lbs. routinely. They must demonstrate the ability to perform effectively in stressful situations, be self-motivated, and be a team player. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules is crucial. The ideal candidate will successfully complete a thorough background investigation. A minimum of 500 hours total time and 25 hours multi-engine time is required. They must also reside within a 120-minute radius of base.
