Position Summary
CommuteAir's Human Resources team is actively recruiting a skilled Pilot Recruitment Specialist. This key position is instrumental in identifying, engaging, and facilitating the onboarding of qualified pilots to meet the growing demands of the airline. The specialist will contribute significantly to building and maintaining a robust pilot talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective strategies for pilot recruitment.
- Source potential pilot candidates through various channels, including online platforms, industry events, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet CommuteAir's stringent requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit.
- Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers.
- Facilitate the pre-employment screening and background check procedures.
- Extend job offers and manage the onboarding process for new pilots.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
- Represent CommuteAir at career fairs and recruitment events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with flight schools, aviation universities, and pilot organizations.
Qualifications
