The Human Resources Specialist will play a critical role in supporting Clay Lacy Aviation's most valuable asset – its people. Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts for a diverse range of aviation professionals, including pilots, maintenance technicians, flight attendants, and administrative staff.
- Oversee comprehensive onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless integration for new hires into the Clay Lacy Aviation family.
- Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and HR policy interpretation, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as aviation-specific regulations (e.g., FAA requirements).
- Collaborate closely with departmental leaders to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic HR solutions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives that support organizational goals.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated experience in a Human Resources role, with a strong preference for candidates experienced within the aviation, aerospace, or a similarly highly regulated industry.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
