Lead Captain - Challenger 300
Clay Lacy Aviation, a leading operator of private jets, seeks a highly experienced and qualified Lead Captain to join its Part 91/135 operation based in Tacoma, Washington. This is a full-time position with no contract options.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Challenger 300 aircraft in accordance with all Federal Aviation Regulations, company operations manuals, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies & procedures.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all passengers.
- Contribute to a strong safety culture through compliance with the company's Safety Management System (SMS).
- Adhere to strict drug and alcohol testing protocols, including pre-employment screenings, random tests, and background checks.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3,500 total flight hours.
- Minimum of 2,000 PIC hours.
- Minimum of 1,000 Turbine hours.
- Valid ATP certificate.
- Challenger 300 Type Certification with at least 200 hours in type.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
- Preference given to candidates residing within a two-hour drive of Tacoma, WA; however, candidates with reasonable commute times will be considered. Individuals considering relocation should indicate this on their resume or cover letter with an estimated timeframe.
- Full, legible, color copies of all FAA certificates (both sides), including Medical, and completion of a disclosure form will be required as part of the application process.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $250,000 to $260,000 annually.
