Captain - Challenger 300 - Tacoma, WA
Clay Lacy Aviation, a renowned leader in private aviation, is seeking a highly qualified Captain to join its Part 91/135 operations based in Tacoma, Washington. This full-time position requires a Challenger 300 type rating and a commitment to a safe and professional aviation environment.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate and command a Challenger 300 aircraft in accordance with all applicable regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a consistent high level of professionalism and provide exceptional customer service to passengers.
- Collaborate effectively with flight crew and ground personnel to ensure smooth and efficient flight operations.
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and contribute to the company's safety management system.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of flight planning, navigation, and aircraft systems.
- Maintain a current and unrestricted medical certificate and all required FAA licenses and ratings.
Qualifications:
- ATP certificate required.
- Minimum of 3,500 hours total flight time, including 2,000 hours of PIC time and 1,000 hours of turbine time.
- Valid Challenger 300 type rating with a minimum of 200 hours in type.
- Unrestricted ability to travel to all EU, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
- Ability to comply with DOT/FAA drug and alcohol regulations, including passing pre-employment screening, background checks, and random testing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Location:
Tacoma, WA (candidates within a two-hour drive time are preferred, but those with reasonable commute times will be considered. Individuals considering relocation should indicate this on their resume or cover letter with an estimated timeframe).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from $235,000 to $240,000 annually.
