Cintas is seeking an accomplished Pilot to join its internal Flight Department. This individual will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of personnel, upholding the highest standards of professionalism and aviation expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company aircraft in accordance with all FAA regulations and company procedures.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of flight manuals, charts, and other relevant documentation.
- Communicate effectively with flight crews, dispatch, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate exceptional decision-making skills in dynamic operational environments.
- Maintain a strong commitment to safety and adhere to all company protocols.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3,500 hours of total flight time.
- A minimum of 2,000 hours of total jet time.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with management and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Type rating on C-680 aircraft is highly desirable.
