Note: China Eastern Jiangsu Airlines will pay $5,500 USD of the base pay each month in RMB at the current exchange rate each month.
Flight Base
* Initial base of operations will be Nanjing
* China Eastern Airlines Jiangsu reserves the right to change the base
Travel
* Company travel and accommodations paid in full
* After IOE, China Eastern Airlines Jiangsu shall pay $6,600 USD each year for international travel
* The Pilot can take any China Eastern Airlines Jiangsu flight as crewmember according with approval
* Pilot/spouse/direct relatives can apply for up to ten free flights per year on China Eastern Airlines Jiangsu flights
Sick Leave
* Seven days of sick leave during a consecutive 12 months for options A, B, C and D. Five days of sick leave during a consecutive 12 months for option E.
* Pilot must provide doctor’s letter if more than 2 days of sick leave is taken in a row
Insurance
* China Eastern Airlines Jiangsu will provide employer liability insurance for the pilot
* The foreign pilot will be provided complementary medical Insurance (covers foreign pilot’s cost in Chinese mainland hospital due to diseases (excludes dentistry and ophthalmology)
* China Eastern Jiangsu Airlines will provide personal accident insurance in the amount of RMB 1,000,000.
* International medical, prescription and dental insurance available that protects your family anywhere in the world available.
Interview and examinations
* Interviews in Nanjing
* China Eastern Airlines Jiangsu will reimburse travel costs
Minimum Requirements
* Citizen of a country with diplomatic relations with the People’s Republic of China
* Less than 41 years old at start of employment.
* Airline Transport Pilots License with A320 type rating issued by an ICAO country
* Valid Class I Medical
* English proficient
* No accidents
* No criminal record
* 2,000 hours TT and >1,000 hours SIC in type
