First Officer - Corporate Pilot

Casey's Aviation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated First Officer to join their corporate flight operations team. Reporting directly to the Chief Pilot, the First Officer will collaborate closely with the Captain on each flight, upholding the highest standards of safety and service. This individual will perform Second-in-Command (SIC) duties in accordance with aircraft limitations, Federal Aviation Regulations, flight manual procedures, and company policies, supporting the Pilot-in-Command (PIC) in the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive and customer-focused work environment, providing exceptional service to passengers. Responsibilities include assisting with preflight preparations, maintaining accurate records, completing annual and other assigned training, and supporting passenger needs such as ground transportation and catering. The First Officer must be prepared to assume inflight duties of PIC if required. They will also support the Captain with discharge safety responsibilities, and will maintain a thorough understanding of the Flight Operations Manual (FOM), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and aircraft training manuals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of aviation experience.
  • Possession of an FAA ATP, Restricted ATP, or the ability to meet the requirements for FAA ATP or Restricted ATP certificate with a multi-engine rating per FAR 61.160.
  • A minimum of 1500 hours total flight time, or 1,250 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP certificate, or 1,000 hours with military pilot qualification, or 1,000 hours with an appropriate university R-ATP.
  • A minimum of 100 hours of multi-engine flight time.
  • Possession of a First or Second class medical certificate.
  • Possession of a restricted radio operators permit.
  • Demonstrated previous practical experience and adaptability to systems and procedures.
  • Exceptional skills in all areas of aircraft operations with current FAA certificates as required to operate company aircraft.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License and U.S. Passport.

Compensation:

The starting pay range for this position is $73,500 - $96,500. Actual pay may vary based on the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, related experience, education, qualifications, local prevailing wages and internal equity. This role is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance.
