Role and Responsibilities
To strengthen our team in Decimomannu (Italy) we are looking for a:
Flight Instructor (m/f/d)
Your responsibilities:
+ Deliver high quality flight, simulator, and ground instruction to students in compliance with the IFTS Training standards and
+ Safety standards and applicable aviation authority regulations.
+ Provide syllabus instruction to domestic and foreign Student Aviators in M-346 aircraft.
+ Responsible for safe student pilot training in the associated aircraft supporting the IFTS Program.
+ Assist as a Subject Matter Expert in development of curriculum for new type courses as required.
+ Conduct scheduled Phase 4 led/supported training (including briefs and debriefs) using traditional and modern tools such as computers, video projectors, overhead projectors and other multimedia systems.
+ Evaluate student performance during training as required.
+ Debrief students using full replay/debrief capabilities of the device utilized for the training event.
+ Complete and submit electronic grade sheet(s) in the system.
+ Evaluate and record aircraft performance and/or deficiency in accordance with (IAW) established criteria.
+ Human centrifuge training in accordance with current regulations.
+ Maintain, assess, and recommend improvements to training scenarios for effectiveness and currency.
+ Ensure the content of instruction provided is appropriate to all current and implemented instructional materials.
Your profile:
+ Former or reserve military aviator with jet experience and not longer than 8 years out of service.
+ Descend number of flight hours as Pilot-in-Command, which were in tactical jet aircraft.
+ Previous Combat Readiness qualification on fighter type aircraft (4ship lead qualification also preferred).
+ Possess a Commercial Pilot certificate or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate with the appropriate category and class
+ Possess and maintain a current class 1 medical.
+ Experience in M-346 mission, procedures, and appropriate Flight Training Instructions.
+ Maintaining currency of qualifications that includes, but not limited to taking an annual standardization exam for each stage of instruction.
+ Security Clearance (NOS) not less than NATO SECRET (NS) level
