The Instructor Pilot is primarily responsible for delivering high-quality flight training within flight simulators and ground school settings. This role strictly adheres to appropriate regulatory agency standards, CAE-approved curricula, and specific customer requirements. The Instructor Pilot serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), meticulously guiding clients through comprehensive training programs. Future career progression opportunities, typically after 1.5 years of service and based on business needs, include qualifying as a Training Center Evaluator (TCE) and customer contract check airman.
