B787 First Officer - Royal Air Maroc

Royal Air Maroc (RAM), the national carrier of Morocco and its largest airline, is seeking qualified B787 First Officers. RAM is a prominent carrier in Africa with an extensive network spanning over 100 destinations in more than 80 countries, connecting major cities across Europe, North America, South America, Africa, the Maghreb region, and the Middle East. The airline's primary hub is located at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca.

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced B787 First Officers to join Royal Air Maroc on a 5-year renewable contract. Commencement dates are available as early as April 2026.

Key Responsibilities

Operate as a First Officer on the B787 aircraft.

Minimum Requirements

ATP or Frozen ATP Licence with a valid B787 rating.
Valid Medical Class 1 certificate.
English Proficiency Level (EPL) 4 or above.
A minimum of 500 hours Second-in-Command (SIC) time on the B787.
An impeccable accident and incident record.
A clean criminal record.

Contract Terms

Contract Length: 1 year, renewable annually for up to 5 years.
Base: Casablanca, Morocco.
Remuneration: Up to €5,500 per month, plus overtime and a loyalty bonus.
Roster: 7 days off per month.
