The Operator and Position
A prestigious and highly respected A320 operator based in the Arabian Peninsula is actively seeking experienced and qualified First Officers to join their rapidly expanding international fleet. This renowned airline operates a wide array of aircraft, connecting continents and establishing itself as a key player in global aviation.
The successful candidate will secure a comprehensive 12-month renewable contract, managed under a reputable Brookfield agreement, working as a Second-in-Command (SIC) on the Airbus A320 aircraft type.

- Roster Pattern: Pilots are scheduled for 8 days off per month (subject to operational approval). Opportunities exist to consolidate two periods, allowing for 16 consecutive days off.
Mandatory Minimum Requirements (EASA, UK CAA, or ICAO Licensed Pilots)
Candidates must strictly meet the following criteria to be considered for the A320 First Officer role. Frozen ATPL holders are accepted.
- License: Possession of a Full Air Transport Pilot License (ATPL) or a Frozen EASA ATPL.
- Type Rating: Current and valid Airbus A320 Type Rating, with a remaining validity of at least three (3) months.
- Flight Currency: Must have operated an A320 within the preceding six (6) months.
- Proficiency Check: Last Proficiency Check (LPC) must be valid and reflective of the last flight flown.
- Medical Certificate: Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Total Flight Hours: A minimum of 1,500 total flying hours.
- Jet Experience: A minimum of 1,000 hours flown on jet aircraft.
- A320 SIC Hours: A minimum of 500 hours serving as Second-in-Command (SIC) on the A320 family.
The Selection Process
Applicants who meet all stated criteria must submit the required documentation. The selection process typically follows these structured phases:
- Document Submission and Validation.
- Technical Interview conducted by the airline.
- Mandatory Simulator Check.
- Final License Validation process managed by local regulatory authorities.
Required Application Documentation
No exceptions will be made regarding the required documentation for initial submission:
- Updated professional resume detailing all required flight hours.
- Valid EASA, UK CAA, or ICAO Commercial Pilot License (ATPL or Frozen ATPL).
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Copy of current Passport.
- The last three (3) pages of the pilot's logbook, duly stamped and signed.
- Last Proficiency Check (LPC) valid for a minimum of six (6) months.
