Requirements

Current A320 type rating.

A minimum of 500 hours on the A320 type, excluding simulator time.

Flight experience on an A320-family aircraft within the preceding 12 months.

Accepted UK-issued CAA Flight Crew Licences: ATPL(A), fATPL(A), or MPL.

Valid UK Class 1 Medical Certificate with at least six months' remaining validity upon commencement.

Compliance with stated height and physical fitness requirements.

ICAO English Level 6 proficiency.

A passport valid for a minimum of 12 months.

Adherence to British Airways uniform standards.

Demonstrated ability to swim 50 metres, tread water for three minutes, use a lifejacket in the water, and self-rescue into a life raft.
